Matt has been representing clients in Nevada and Arizona since 2014.  He represents employers, insurers, and administrators in workers' compensation claims and has handled 1,000's of administrative hearings.  In addition to handling workers' compensation claim, Matt also represents clients in appellate litigation, including petitions for judicial review and appeals before the Nevada Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court.

 Matt also represents clients in subrogation claims to recover the maximum amount possible from liable third parties.  His detailed knowledge of the Industrial Insurance Act and regulations allows him to provide detailed guidance to clients through all steps of workers' compensation claims.  He recently argued in front of the Nevada Court of Appeals and helped obtain an Order affirming his client's position (Dwayne Bright v. ADT Security Services, Case No. 89262, Nev. App. Dec 18, 2025).
